UCLA, Santa Monica-UCLA Medical Center and Faculty Practice Group are required to administer an annual survey for the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD), under SCAQMD’s Rule 2202. This survey measures the success of our sustainable transportation programs, and assists in calculating emission reductions.
You were selected through a random sampling of all employees. The reporting requirements of this survey necessitate a very high response rate (90%+). Therefore, it is imperative that every individual selected complete the survey. The results will be submitted to the SCAQMD in aggregate. Your data will be combined with all other results and will not be reported individually. Feel free to contact us if you have questions about the survey. Thank you for helping the campus meet its commitment to improving air quality.
